Tiger is a former professional rugby player hailing from Cape Town, South Africa. His vast playing experience includes stints in the Super Rugby competition with the Stormers, as well as with the English Premiership side Saracens. He arrives at Penn after 3 successful years as coach at Valley Rugby Football Club in Hong Kong
